Handmade Product Variables
Each item is unique, and the colours shown in the photos on this website are indicative only. Actual colours on finished pieces may vary from colours displayed, this is the beauty of handmade ceramics.
Colours are mixed and applied by hand and will therefore always vary. This is due to many factors in the production process, including the slight temperature variations that can occur during the firing process or the position of the piece in the kiln, colours of glazes as well as the clay itself may vary between pieces.

Damaged Goods
We take great care in packaging the ceramics as safely as possible. Each piece is carefully wrapped and surrounded with eco-friendly void-fill. In the unfortunate event that your items arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact me within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods.
